Both work like this: Once a week a youtube video is sent out (music video or tv/film trailer depending on the group) everyone is asked to watch it, rate it, comment on it and share it on youtube with the idea being to drive it up the youtube popularity chart so even more people will see it. Much of Canadian film, tv and music has little or no marketing budget so this is a back door way of promoting them for free.
