The Legend of Bob Wiseman

Came across this little tidbit in the Guelph Mercury about Bob's forthcoming live album and as the author points out if you can survive as long as an independent Canadian musician as Bob has you're allowed to call your album "the Legend":
"in a lot of ways it makes perfect sense for Bob Wiseman to do it at this point in his career. The singer-songwriter has always occupied a unique place within the Canadian music scene -- even dating back to his time as Blue Rodeo's original keyboardist -- with a visionary approach that has never failed to simultaneously delight and challenge his audience."
Read the full article by Jason Schneider here. If you're in or around Guelph Ontario this saturday Bob will be Playing the Carden Street Cafe with Ian Reid opening.
