Luggage in Three Weeks Or Less...or maybe more

After discovering that some passengers actually want their luggage back, Air Canada has cancelled it's policy of allowing employees to go through luggage for things they might want an burning the rest. Under the new system passengers can expect to be re-united with their luggage in about 3 weeks (give or take a few days).
