Almost everyone knows who Levi MacDougall is. If you don't know the name he is the guy with the really bad cell phone service in Rogers Wireless ads (Don't believe the hype, Rogers service is not that great.) But Levi is more than a guy with bad cell phone service. He's also one of Toronto's better stand up comics. p.s. It's also his birthday. Happy Birthday Levi
