Finally a little bit of good news for Canadian Film. The Province of Ontario has provided 2.5 million dollars to the Canadian Film Centre. The funds will go to pay for the maintenance and expansion of the training centre's Winfields Estate Grounds. This money doesn't really make up for the millions slashed by Ottawa or the Tories attempts to kill the Canadian film industry altogether, but it may slow the bleeding.
