Harper and Plagiarism - Again!
Via Ormiston Online comes word that Stephen Harper's "borrowing" a speech from Australian Prime Minister John Howard was not an isolated incident. Blogger Jerad Gallinger found another Harper speech which was apparently lifted from former Ontario Premeire Mike Harris.
